Can anyone inform me about the extended date of applying for the different media courses at Delhi School of Open Learning?

The delhi open school office is being opened from Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm,
On saturday and sunday's the office will be closed and to know admission details for different course please

Hi, the extended last date of submitting the application form for media studies is August 27, 2011.

Can anyone help me by giving eligibility criteria of PHD and the date of forms for this.
Also, I like to do foreign language course. So , which language should i go for and will DU is good institute for the course.
