What is the minimum eligibility for applying in certificate in Russian Language program at IGNOU? When the admission will start for this session and what is last date of applying for the same? Please let me know…..

Hi, the minimum eligibility for the Certificate program in Russian Language U is that the aspirant should be 18yrs of age or above, and should have completed his/her 10th std exam. Proficiency in English is also required. For July session of admission, the submitting of application form is extended till 8th Aug’11 with late fee of Rs 200/-.
