Admission in DU Campus of Open Learning

Hi i am a working professional, i am interested in taking admission in DU Campus of Open Learning in the undergraduate programme for English/Political Science for the year 2010.I went through the DU website, still havent got details like will it be an entirely postal oriented course programme,any classroom classes will be conducted or not?What is the time period of the course?Can i secure direct admission to second yr, and under what circumstances?
