How can one be a ticket agent? Is there any particular course needed to become a good ticketing agent?

No dear, there are no special courses needed to be a ticket agent. Any graduate with excellent communication skills can become a ticket agent. But graduates with diploma/PG degree in ticketing and travel management or related field will be given more preference.
