DU Soft Skills short term course eligibility

I just come to know that admissions are open for short term add-on Certificate course in “Soft Skills” in Campus of open learning, DU. Anyone plz tell me the eligibility criteria for this course.

As per the norms of the university, If u r a student of one of college and department of the University then u r well-eligible for this programme. However, the students from School of Open Learning (SOL) and Non-Collegiate Women’s
Education Board (NCWEB), University of Delhi, will be given preference.

This is very important. I also am interested in attending a course to improve their knowledge.
