Guys help me to prepare for XAT 2011 conducted on January 2, 2011…………!!!!

First thing, u should know friend that XAT is much different than other MBA entrance exams. XAT consists of more questions than CAT or other MBA exams. Therefore, leaving tougher questions on the later part and attempting easier questions first would be better for u. try to focus on the decision making questions and also on essay writing, for that, u should go through the previous years test papers to get knowledge of what type questions are generally asked in these sections.
