If you want to get application form you can get from ASU campus Sohna-Palwal Road,
Sohna (South of South Delhi) Gurgaon, Haryana - 122 103

(OR)

ASU City Office: Plot No. 23, Sector 32, Institutional Area,
Gurgaon, Haryana - 122 001.

The cash payment RS 950/

In addition, one can download the same from the official website of the University:
http://university.apeejay.edu/

The filled in application form or printout of the downloaded application
form along with all requisite documents should be sent by post or courier
or submitted at any of the following addresses latest by March 15, 2012.

If you want to sent downloaded application form you must attach a Demand Draft of Rs 950,
drawn in favor “Apeejay Stya University”,
payable at New Delhi.
