How to apply You can register their candidature logging onto the direct link: http://www.ignouonline.ac.in/CPMS/RegistrationModule/newregistration.aspx. The requisite application fee can either be paid through bank draft / Credit Card / cash. Candidates paying the fee through Credit Card or Cash should deposit the amount in any branch of Union Bank. Those paying through cash should make use of a Challan. The bank draft should be drawn in favor of IGNOU. After filling the application form, one must take the printout of the filled in registration form and send it, along with DD (if applicable) and certificates for verification, to the following address:
