I want to apply for M Ed studies in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU),

You can download the prospectus and application form
from the University’s official website:

As an alternate, candidates can obtain the same from all IGNOU’s Regional Centers (details can be checked on the University’s official website) or from Registrar (SRD), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068. The cost of obtaining the prospectus by hand is Rs 200. One can also obtain the prospectus through post by sending a DD of Rs 250 in favor of IGNOU, New Delhi, payable at New Delhi. The duly filled-in application form, along with requisite documents (details given on the website), should be submitted to the Regional Director in whose jurisdiction the programme centre falls, latest by November 20, 2011. For further details regarding admission, eligibility criteria, and application procedure, candidates are requested to visit the University’s aforementioned official website.
